ago "The Offspring" released album "Americana" .
At the
end of '90, everyone knew at least one song from the album. The accurate date
of release is 17th November 1998. The triumph was earlier, because in 1994
californians released their third album, "Smash". The other record,
"Ixnay on the Hombre" didn't gave such spectacular succes. It's hard
to beat 4th place in selling disks in America and first in Australia.
Still
The Offspring beated his own record.
The band
was on top in four countries, everything thanks to "Americana".

wydał krążek „Americana”.
Triumf przyszedł wcześniej, bo
jeszcze w 1994 roku kiedy to Kalifornijczycy wypuścili swój trzeci album
„Smash”.
Kolejna płyta „Ixnay on the
Hombre”nie odniosła aż tak spektakularnego sukcesu. W końcu ciężko jest pobić
czwarte miejsce w sprzedaży płyt w Ameryce i pierwsze w Australii.
A jednak The Offspring
przeskoczył swój własny rekord
Kapela tym razem wspięła się na
pierwsze miejsce aż w czterech państwach. Zespół miał u stóp cały świat, a to
za sprawą płyty „Americana”.
